He never called. I had to chase him down hours before my appointment, only to be told I'd already signed the paperwork and would owe a no-show fee if I skipped it -- even though he never gave me the price he'd promised. When I pushed back, he raised his voice at me. I caved and took the cash-pay discount just to be done with it.I paid that in full. Weeks later, a surprise $550 bill showed up that no one warned me about. I was so done dealing with this office I just paid it rather than fight it again. The test itself came back completely normal, and no one from the practice ever called to explain the results or discuss next steps -- I had to look them up myself. This office runs on volume and confusion, not communication. Strongly recommend against.

I am a burn patient that requires lots of medicine, expertise and general care. It often changes depending on what I'm feeling that week or even that day. She calls the pharmacy on my behalf to fix it! She doesn't just tell me what to tell them. She and Dr. Bianco also sit down, review my emails and decide what's best for me. You can't go wrong using this practice. As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by Eileen's gorgeous, bright smile. I consider them family and you won't find a better practice anywhere.

In my experiences, this is one of two great clinics that I've ever been to, and I know I made a…read moregreat decision after I selected Dr Abdulbaaqee as my primary physician and met her for the first time a few years ago. Based on my personal observation, Dr A is a thinking doctor, who listens closely and then makes great decisions. She has never forced me to blindly follow her suggestions, and, if I don't follow her suggestions, she doesn't try to shame me, but will say, "OK, but we'll keep an eye on this and see where this goes." Dr Abdulbaaqee has an sharp eye for detail. Over a span of 6 months, she kept tabs on my medical records via continuing tests. She had a hunch what it could be, and, without alarming me, she referred me to a specialist who was able to fully diagnose that there was truly a concerning medical condition that has to continuously be monitored. Dr A is very easy to talk to, and I've been impressed with how closely she has listened to me over the years that she's been my physician. The only negative thing that I can say is that others have discovered how good this clinic and the Dr are, and now, unless you're ill or slightly injured, it's more difficult to get same day appointments. I highly recommend this clinic, especially because Dr Abdulbaaqee is here.

I had to call to get lab test results that were supposed to be given to me proactively, she spent zero time letting me ask questions about them, and basically was too busy to be bothered with me. Maybe I wasn't interesting enough, or my insurance doesn't pay enough - I don't know. But I have gotten nowhere with her. While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Good luck if you decide to put your health in these people's hands.
