At 1st I…read morethought that I was in the hands of competent medical professionals but after weeks of treatment with no difference in my wound whatsoever and after being called on a Thursday afternoon and asked if I would change my appointment to Saturday morning which I said OK only to arrive Saturday morning and the entire center was closed and the parking Garage locked in when security walked through The building they said there was nobody at all inside. I called them the following Monday highly upset and they said that they were supposed to be open that Saturday for the very 1st time they don't know what Happened and why they didn't open. That is still unacceptable to be why would they call me change my appointment to A-day with they decide their doctor to open and nobody have the mind to call the patients they have appointments set for That day. I rescheduled my appointment reluctantly. I told them that I did not want to be waiting for hours because they were the ones who caused me to miss my original appointment. They squeeze me in and unfortunately I did wait over an hour and the only reason why I was seen When I was that morning is because I got up and I was about to leave and they rushed me into my own Room. At that moments while in my own Room I called And set an appointment for a different doctor who deals with wounds doctor Brenda Marcus that my primary care physician Referred me to. Immediately on my very 1st visit with doctor Marcus she removed the necrotic tissue said that it would have never then treated with the medihoney Because it was too thick and she said the world was getting deeper. They instructed me not to remove my bandages where as well star one at me removing my bandages every single day and changing the dressing washing it in the shower with regular soap and doctor Marcus said she did not want me getting it wet at all it or taking the bandage off and I was to go to her To remove the bandages and she also told me what kind of diet to eat and that I need to have my leg elevated and not put any pressure on my leg whatsoever so that the wound could heal. I left doctor Marcus not well star for the 1st time in 2 months feeling leg there had been progress made with my wound she said that dark ring that you see around the wound was not gonna heal and you don't see that on the original wound when it was blistered. Do not go to this wellstar Medical facility it is horrible! They may have just ruined the way my leg will look for ever! My current doctor said washing the wound with regular soap in the shower was only making it worse causing bacteria to enter into the wound wellstar told me not to use hibbiclense! They are the worse!

When I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else and was feeling stressed and discouraged, their office got me in quickly without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is spotless, well-organized, and run with such professionalism. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Irani truly stands out. He was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to genuinely listen to me. I never once felt rushed. He made me feel heard, valued, and important -- which is rare and so deeply appreciated. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and approached my care with both expertise and empathy. It's not often you find a medical practice that combines efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism, and heartfelt patient care so seamlessly. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.

I have been there to get stitches in a toe that was injured a few hours before my flight took off abroad. Amazing care, even provided some necessary medical supplies I would need on my trip so I didn't have to go to a store and waste more time. Three weeks later I returned to have my stitches removed and you could not tell anything had ever happened! Went back again with the flu/cold and they didn't try to over medicate me, but did call in a prescription for cough medication so I could get some sleep. Clean, tidy, knowledgeable staff and friendly, prompt service. What more could you ask for? Best of the best!

"A Wellstar Christmas Story" Now that my family has gone home from the holidays, I now have time to…read moretell my story. 'Twas a week before Christmas at Wellstar and not a creature was "caring" not even Nurse "Mouse". (I will continue to refer to him as Nurse "Mouse" since he refused to tell me his last name. Let me first say that I am no "spring chicken". I'm a legitimate senior. I visited Wellstar at 1360 Upper Hembree Rd in Roswell, GA to get my labs done and my hypertension meds refilled. (A quick update on Nurse "Mouse". I have since learned that he learned his chops and bedside manner, as a staff nurse, at the NOTORIOUS Louisiana State Penitentiary Hospital where they housed elderly "lifer" inmates. Google it, it is SHAMEFUL.) He treated me like he must have treated those elderly lifer inmates, like I was undeserving of care, that it was more important to teach me a lesson, punish me than to provide care. I've never seen someone get so much pleasure out of being cruel. So, to continue, Once the phlebotomist finished taking my blood for labs, I asked her if I could pick up my prescription refills today because I was completely out of my meds and my blood pressure was very high. She excused herself to go ask the nurse. She returned and said that no, that would not be possible, that I would need to make a new appointment. As I explained to her again that I was afraid to wait for an appointment to see my primary care doctor (The next available appointment was in 10 days), Nurse "Mouse" showed up and listened to my plea about my fears. He continued to insist that I make a new appointment and I continued to explain that I was afraid to wait that long. I said to him, "WHAT IF I DIE WHILE WAITING?" and then he said, "WELL, THAT'S ON YOU!" I then began to cry, and they both ushered me out of the office, without taking my blood pressure reading, without giving me advice to go to an urgent care or emergency room. I made the decision on my own to go to an urgent care near my home, rather than go home and stroke out while waiting. They immediately took my blood pressure, and it was dangerously high. They did an EKG and treated me until it was within normal range, refilled my prescriptions and referred me to a new primary care doctor. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT! THE END...THANKFULLY NOT MINE! NO THANKS TO WELLSTAR AND NURSE MOUSE.
