Today, I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment and was immediately told by Sonika that only half of my service could be completed. While I understand that lateness can affect scheduling, what was disappointing was the way the situation was handled. I was spoken to in a rude and confrontational manner, accused of not valuing her time, and made to feel reprimanded rather than assisted. When I tried to discuss the matter with reception, no effort was made to resolve the issue beyond suggesting that I submit feedback by email. To make matters worse, another staff member came out and told me to lower my voice, despite the fact that I was speaking calmly and respectfully throughout the interaction. If anything, it was Sonika who was being loud and confrontational. I found this both unfair and upsetting. In over four years as a regular client, I have never had a single complaint. That is why today's experience was so shocking and disappointing. I encourage management to review the recordings from today, as the level of customer service I experienced was far below what I have come to expect from this business.
