I would yoyo between all or nothing and never quite found something that I could integrate into my lifestyle. It was not only demoralizing, but every time I fell off the wagon I felt like an additional hurdle was being added to getting the lifestyle that I really aspired to. I felt like it was a constant battle with little to no results. I love training with Gina. She is like a trainer, therapist and friend all rolled into one amazing person. She's always pushing me harder and she has honestly changed my life. I love feeling strong and it makes me sad that I went through so much of my life without knowing what that felt like - my one regret is not finding her sooner! She is very thorough and really explains the reasons behind certain movements, or why the grip is a certain way, or how I should be breathing - as someone who asks a LOT of questions and likes to know the nitty gritty, I really appreciate that. She's always asking me what I like and don't like and switching things up so nothing feels stale. She's tough and supportive at the same time, and magically seems to knows what I'm capable of. She's changed working out from something that I would dread, to something that I really look forward to. She's always going above and beyond what she needs to do. She's built such an amazing network of women, who are all supportive and encourage each other. She's constantly sharing tips on anything and everything - from nutrition, to dance moves, to just lifestyle. She's always there for me, even if it's a random text when I feel "off", or tagging me in things she thinks I would like, I can honestly say that she's one of the most thoughtful people I've met. So glad I know her now and happy to call her my trainer-friend-superhero. P.S. She has the cutest pups who are just amazing bonuses.

Over the past few months, Carmen's work with me has significantly improved how I feel throughout the day. With her training, I've discovered entire groups of muscles I never even knew I had. Mainly in my back. Building them up has made keeping decent posture easier throughout the day. That's my primary goal and it's clearly happening. I hold myself differently and feel more comfortable, especially at my shoulders and lower back. My lower back pain is gone. I sleep better and feel more confident walking around. Carmen has a real intuition for the body's movement, reminding me of my ballerina sister. Carmen can tell just by watching when something is off. She's also great to be around; whether it's the exercise, the company, or both, I'm always more cheerful leaving a workout. The app plus video also enables me to continue sessions while traveling.     I have officially been here a year. For me, that's unheard of as I don't do any type of workout for…read morea year because I either a) don't feel comfortable or b) I don't see results. So, am I seeing results on the scale - no. But, muscle weighs more than fat. Where do I see the results? In my pants size, bra size, and overall clothing size. Clothes that I haven't been able to wear for a few years are fitting again. I can walk to my car carrying my backpack without breathing heavy. I can take a flight of stairs without being winded. I can sit on the floor and get back up without looking like an overturned turtle. This gym beats other gyms and personal trainers because they give you a new program every 6 weeks. You are given a set of workouts and for 6 weeks, you do those workouts. You can start an exercise with a 5 lb weight doing 6 reps and at the end of 6 weeks, you could be at 10 lbs and 10 reps. You have a written record of your progression. After 6 weeks, you get a new set of exercises. This way, you don't get bored and all of your muscles will get a workout. All the trainers rock. There isn't anyone that makes me feel uncomfortable. Being a woman, that's important to me. If you keep with a regular schedule, you'll see the same people working out week after week. We encourage each other and, after the isolation of covid, it feels good. By far, the best workout experience that I've ever had.
