I described a two faded into a 3 with a small (1.5 inch) disconnect blending the hair into the top (which I wanted about an inch off the top) The younger guy helping me was nice but when I started getting my hair cut he started blending all the way to the top of my head, no disconnect and the back is tapered far too short to the point where I feel as if I can't do much to style it now. When I was almost done the owner said "I'm just going to straighten it out for you" which to my interpretation meant "try and salvage this" I'm most likely going to have to buzz it and wait for it to grow back in.

I called and was told by the owner that I needed to come in to sign up and then wait in the parking lot for 3 hours as that was the current wait time ?! Long story short, to get mask shamed by one of his employees for not having a mask on while coming to use the community pen to sign up for something that could have been done over the phone is a bit over the top.
