I'm 82 with probably a few less memory cells so I might have called that one time too many. As I once told Doc, "I always come last.......in life." I think she thought I was complaining about his schedule for me! I did tell Doc I'd pray for him because of HER. She's an unhappy soul!

However, when I went to pick it up, they told me a new blade had been installed, which didn't make sense since that wasn't part of my request. Once home, I checked and the blade was clearly not new. I have no problem paying a fair fee for their time and effort, but I do take issue with being misled. Although they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, this experience left me disappointed and, unfortunately, I don't feel I can trust them.
