This company is amazing. The couple that owns it are the sweetest and very attentive to your needs…read more We have used them at least 3 times to fix our vehicles for things we couldn't handle. They will tell you straight up what the problem is after diagnostics. They won't sell you stuff that isn't actually wrong with it like other places. They give you timelines of when to expect it but in all occasions they have always completed earlier. They will always be our go to for vehicle repairs. They are a genuine couple and I recommend them a million percent. You won't regret it.

We asked our questions and he answered them exact and didn't hesitate to be honest. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that was used in our needs there.

They have rocking chairs in the front of the store that were great while we waited for the kids to look around. There were hunting knives galore, the kids loved looking at the swords. I'm personally a strong believer that every woman needs a machete. So many situations call for one. They also always come with a sleeve. I do think after past a certain length knives and swords should be registered just like other weapons. More people than you'd think hurt or kill people with swords each month.

I called and spoke with Terry and he immediately gave me an estimated cost to expect which was very reasonable. I took my mower to him and he repaired it charging me less than he quoted on the phone. Doc is the nicest negative person! We enjoyed many conversations and his work was always the best!…read more I will warn you though, WATCH OUT FOR HIS WIFE. Doc had put my name on his Myrtle Grove list so he "wouldn't forget me over the next couple of weeks." My lawn is out of control and my riding mower needs a belt put back on! I guess I called one time too many for Kathy! She blatantly called me PESKY and Doc wouldn't be coming anymore! I'm 82 with probably a few less memory cells so I might have called that one time too many. As I once told Doc, "I always come last.......in life." I think she thought I was complaining about his schedule for me! I did tell Doc I'd pray for him because of HER. She's an unhappy soul!

My mower wouldn't start, so I asked them to simply get it running--not to address any other issues…read more They were unable to get it started, which I understand and don't fault them for. However, when I went to pick it up, they told me a new blade had been installed, which didn't make sense since that wasn't part of my request. Once home, I checked and the blade was clearly not new. I have no problem paying a fair fee for their time and effort, but I do take issue with being misled. Although they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, this experience left me disappointed and, unfortunately, I don't feel I can trust them.
