He came by my house, looked at what I needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He told me to give him a couple of days lead time to make sure he could schedule me in. I had talked to a couple of other companies and got "floating" quotes that left it very open ended to charging more. Ben told me the day he was available, showed up on time and completed the install as promised for the quoted amount he originally gave me. He is very professional, courteous and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone that needs RV service.
