Various things required the job to be rescheduled a couple of times. But it was worth the wait. I had a very large tree in a challenging location. I had a few other guys that declined the job. I also had a couple of quotes that were MUCH higher than what Jason charged. I knew that the job was going to require special equipment and these guys have exactly what was needed and the experience to do the job safely. They cleaned things up as much as anyone could, and collateral damages were minimal. I would recommend Custom Tree Service to anyone. And I will use them again, if I ever need to.

He was very conscientious in ensuring no property damage occurred during the project. He cleaned up our yards properly when the project was finished. Even though the project was larger than he initially thought, he stayed with the original estimate. I appreciate also that this is a family business that both his father and brother assisted on the project. I don't think I can give him a high enough recommendation.

In the middle of the operation, a large branch which was being lowered scraped the edge of my roof, damaging the shingles. With my own eyes I saw the accident happen. I complained about this to Eli, but though he had not been there himself he claimed his workers had not caused the damage. He threatened to take his men and equipment home, and leave my yard full of tree debris. Faced with an impossible choice, I agreed to have him continue the work. When I spoke with the company owner, Mr. Emmanuel Pedroza, he too refused to take responsibility for the thousand-dollar cost of repairing my roof. This company may know enough about cutting trees, but it does not back up its promises. Eli had said they would treat my roof "as though it were a power line," being careful not to touch it. Instead, his workers carelessly let a branch brush my roof and break its shingles. Employ this company IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSING MONEY.
