I didn't get lost but ended up at Forever Green when the regular spot we get our Christmas tree was picked over. We found the perfect tree! The selection was good with multiple different types of trees to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They trimmed the tree and even loaded it into our truck. The tree was more expensive than we are used to paying but the convenience I suppose made up for it. I could see myself coming back in the Spring if I suddenly develop the ability to keep plants alive.

They have the absolute WORST customer service. I subscribed to a yearly lawn treatment service and…read moreprepaid for the entire year. I called in early April to ask when they scheduled for the "early spring pre-emgergent weed control with fertilizer". The man said that they don't schedule service and that it would "get done". I asked if I could get some confirmation of service via email and he said "no" and that "they don't just do service to send a bill". I explained that since I pre-paid, my concern was that service was actually not forgotten. He replied that he's "done this business for 20 years and that I should trust him". I said that while I appreciate his experience, I'm a new customer who hasn't met him and I'm just calling to ask about scheduling and service confirmation, not looking to argue. He then said that he would return my money and hung up on me! We'll see if I indeed receive the $551 refund.

It's a rare & wonderful thing to find someone who is both skilled & passionate about their work…read more When Larry came by to give a quote on a possible tree removal, he was unhappy as I was to discover our tree was too far gone and needed to come down. We spent some time talking and he was happy to look at another of our trees. This time the news was much better and he gave some free advice. He gave a very fair quote along with all the other info I needed to make a decision. When he drove away, I was convinced I had found the right guy. But my wife wanted other quotes, so I wasted time doing that before I had her blessing to get on the Simply Trees calendar. We got squeezed in much earlier than expected and today the crew showed up and did their thing. They were friendly, careful, professional, & fast. And when they pulled away, you couldn't even tell they had been there - apart from one tree gone and another very well trimmed and looking so much better. Larry was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. He and his crew did great work. Getting it done was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the results. A+, 5 stars, and all that. But the best part? Now when my friends are asking about getting tree work done, I can confidently say, "Don't waste your time looking, I got a tree guy. Name's Larry and he's awesome."
