They are bonded for damage in the process of limb tree removal so when Frank called me the morning of the removal, and said that part of our deck steps had been crushed by a swinging limb, I knew it would be repaired and we were not angry. But over the course of the next few weeks it became clear that this man had no intention of paying for this damage, which he did not. He drug his feet on any repairs and every time I called it was another excure. We wanted this house done so I told Frank we would hire the builders to repair and give him the bill. He never paid, never called so in essence, my 95 year old mom who owns the house, never was reimbursed for the damage they caused. Nice customer service.
