After my surgery, I was so nervous for my post op appointment that I just immediately cried when one of the nurses took me back. She calmed me down and really sympathized with my feelings, which meant so much. Dr. Wyll is very nice and professional and has a gentle hand even when a weenie like me is in her office. While I'm still in recovery, I am so pleased with my results. I can finally breathe again, it's like a whole new world. I have a chance at a better life thanks to Dr. Wyll and I am forever grateful.

This practice is operated by Texas ENT Specialists / Elevate ENT Partners, so self-pay patients at their other locations may want to ask whether the same fee applies. The folks where…read morehe bought it said it would take at least two weeks to fix it, so we gambled and took his hearing aids to Total Hearing Care - it was the place closest to his assisted living center. The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. Delightful people and great service!

A sailing friend suggested starting with the lowest cost units that work. He has had three aids. His reason, the technology advances are significant. My first appointment with Dr. John was the most thorough and well explained I've ever had. Subsequent visits were the annual manufacture's quality check. When they were returned, she made effective adjustments. Next week I'll start my 81st trip around the Sun (I'm 79). My suggestion to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues. As far as quality of care, Dr. Gamble was arrogant and insulting to me. I told him I had sleep apnea and asked if the breathing machine could be causing the irritation and bleeding I was having. The inside of my nose was raw and I had tiny pieces of what appeared to be cartilage in the blood. He told me to stop picking my nose and use a cream he prescribed. I don't pick my nose but I did use the cream according to his directions. I returned for follow up with my husband to let him see that his suggestions were not working. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner and insulted me by insisting that I was picking my nose. At the time of the second visit, I no longer had insurance, being in a waiting period for new insurance. By this time I was having considerable pain and there seemed to be a lot of erosion in my left nostril. He said I would need surgery but we would have to wait until my insurance "kicked in". He was very cavalier, as if it was my problem and refused to put me on a payment plan. I went to another ENT in Frisco who determined that I needed nasal reconstruction. He performed the surgery and found a polyp which he biopsied. It was cancerous. I had radiation treatment and follow-up. Thankfully, I left Dr.Gamble and sought out another doctor. Who needs an arrogant, insulting, and disinterested doctor like Dr. Gamble? I have healed and have checkups to stay healthy.

She went above and beyond for my little - who bumped his head and was crying during check-in, AND fitting us in even though I showed up to the wrong location. I was a mess, and Nita made it all OK. She's a true gem. We met with Dr. Kapadia, who was great with my little guy, and took the time to explain to me what he observed and his recommendations. He was kind to stay and make sure we were seen after I showed up at the incorrect location - at 4:30 on a Friday, and he put my son at ease, who was nervous about the appointment.
