I cannot express enough how great Dr. Tylor and her staff are…read more I brought my two month in who was diagnosed with a lip and tongue tie. The revision was done that day! My LO had colic, gas, reflux, and having a hard time nursing or not even really nursing at all. He was on Zantac, gas drops, colic calm, you name it. I was at a loss. I found Dr. Tylor from a tongue tie support group on Facebook. Dr. Tylor was knowledgable and made me feel like she truly was concerned, and cared what was going on. She explained everything that she was going to do and even allowed me in the room while she did it. During this I had my 13 month old with me as well. She could tell how upset I was and said I could leave if I needed to which I did. While in my room one of her staff members came in and comforted me as well as turned the situation from stressful to relaxing as she laughed and played with my 13 month old. Once the procedure was done Dr. Tylor made the situation even more relaxing by saying how well he did! She brought him back in and he was great! She explained all the after care in detail and gave me resources to go to for after care as well! It's only been one day since revision and there has been a vast improvement. My two month old is nursing successfully, there has been no gas or fussiness. It was the best decision I ever made and I couldn't have done it without the honesty of Dr. Tylor. I highly recommend her! She has made a huge difference in our household and for my LO.

We are so grateful for Dr Tylor and her team! After a frustrating and turbulent year for my toddler…read more(and us) we were referred to Dr Tylor and now the future looks so much brighter for my Littles. She performed double frenectomies on both my infant daughter and my toddler son and the changes we are already seeing are magnificent! She was so caring, understanding and informative throughout the entire process and her team was as well. My son is a uncooperative little booger and they were all so patient with him. We will forever be grateful for the care we received from this practice. Thank you!

Carly assisted me with hearing aids yesterday. She is by far the most skilled audiologist I have…read morevisited in over 20 years of such visits. She understands the new technology, actually listens to what the client says, doesn't try to upsell or impress with technical language. A genuine hidden gem in the audiology community. Do yourself a favor and try her. You will never go back to Costco to buy a 12-pack of their offerings :-)

I was referred to this office because the people who had last done my hearing test stopped doing…read morethem in-office. I've had a number of hearing tests over the years, with a number of different groups, and I know what is complex about the issue I'm dealing with... and yet, when the receptionist called to schedule me, and I asked to make sure they were going to do the right kind of testing I needed, she was annoyed that I asked questions, explained that she couldn't know the answers, refused to let me talk to anyone else, and said if I needed to ask questions I might be able to either ask my ENT (who was merely the person who referred me... if I refer you to a plumber, the plumber doesn't demand you talk to me to answer questions about their job) or I might (might) be able to ask questions of the audiologist when I showed up... but, why would I go there and waste everyone's time if they aren't even in a position to do the right kind of test? Yes: I was speaking with a receptionist; but, normally, the receptionist will either know some basics about the office or be able to refer quick questions to a tech. The combination of these factors made me feel like I was going to get railroaded into paying for a bunch of useless effort that wouldn't help. Having now gone through the negative reviews on Yelp, this seems to be consistent now (all of the positive reviews are pre-2020, and every single of the reviews since are 1 star, complaining about being railroaded due to bad information).
