However, I have diligently completed all necessary documentation and verified that my doctor's office has transmitted the required information. The lack of effective communication and problem-solving has been striking, and I am disappointed in the office's response to these issues, which has been limited to brief apologies. As a patient, I expect a higher level of professionalism and commitment to care. I would caution others to carefully consider their options when selecting a medical provider and would not recommend this office without reservation.

From day one they told me that I was getting anesthesia and the day off the procedure I needed to stay at the hospital for one hour after my procedure and them I was free to go home. That's it. The day before they told me I needed someone to sit with me for 24 hours after the procedure. Then Ginny gave me 7 minutes to call someone to find to do that. 7 minutes. While telling me that dr jensens time was valuable. And mine? I been waiting 5 months for this day. 18 teeth needing extracted. The day before they also told me not to eat it drink the day off surgery. So I ate and drank till midnight as instructed. Got too the hospital and they cancelled cause I are and drank the before and instructed that it was not enough time to have day l digested. 5 months for this very much needed procedure. Cancelled because of a lady that poops cinimmon and apple turds and feeds them to her patients at work. Won't reschedule because I didn't follow their directions for the procedure I was given half way in the day before the surgery. They said I should've known all of that info already.. Yes I should've known if the oral surgeon and his goons would've told me one day in the three months I was waiting for my day to come instead of a half a day before. Piss poor business practices, piss poor staff, and they wouldn't even tell me over the phone that they refused me for reschedule due to their piss poor practices over the phone or in person so they sent a letter. A letter. I give them no star as but the reviews make me give them at least one. They need to be evaluated by someone..the bbb maybe for so the bad reviews and their poor planned bad practice tactics. Sad but they are the one if few that takes Medicaid also. When I got my braces, I needed a regular dentist. He was recommended and I've been coming here since. For insurance purposes, they are in network with Cigna and Delta Dental. They accept other insurance but it would be out of network. They do accept Medicaid but not adult Medicaid. Cynthia is an AMAZING hygienist. I think I've only ever seen 1 other hygienist and that was when I had to reschedule an appointment. She does her job WELL! She takes her time and is thorough! Both she and Dr. McNeal have taken the time to get to know me as an individual. They inquire about life updates and share information as well. Cynthia gladly answers any questions you may have throughout the process, including what certain instruments do and what not, should you have more questions beyond her initial explanation. When Dr. McNeal comes in to do his check, he verbalizes everything he's checking for and the if there's concern or not. I haven't had a single issue since coming here. Beyond regular cleanings, I've had a cavity feeling and a tooth pulled as part of my orthodontic treatment. I've recommended them to colleagues who have reported positive experiences! They have always been transparent in the work being done and provided estimates prior to scheduling the work. Dr. Bray and everyone in the office has always been extremely cordial and professional while we have been there.
