Really, really good clinic. I would give it five stars except that the billing is done through…read moretheir office in Sacramento. I was over billed and called the billing dept to look into the issue, they did and agreed that I was not billed correctly. This was for a doctors visit in July 2016. I am still waiting for the refund which they keep saying will be issued next Tuesday. Many calls later, still no refund. It is now December, they still say that I should get my refund which will go out next Tuesday. They have told me this twice already. Still waiting for my $196. Don't believe they will ever give it back to me even though they admit I should receive a refund. So, other than their billing incompetence, it is a good clinic. Just hold on to your wallet when you pay co-pays and deductibles. They will probably screw up the billing. Thanks Mike, but apparently you did not read my review, I have been in touch with your billing dept for five months. There is no disagreement that I will get a refund, Steve in your billing office has told me that I will get a full refund. The issue is that it takes five months for your business office to go through it's processes. Still haven't received my refund. Just keep running into people like you that choose not to advocate for the patient and defer to your incompetent billing offices. I know it will happen eventually, but don't you think waiting for my money (not my insurance companies money) for five months is excessive. Instead of giving me billing dept phone numbers that I obviously have used many times, why don't you look into my account and get a better understanding what your patients have to go through. That would be real patient centered care. In regards to phone numbers, Dignity has my phone number, give me a call, maybe I can clarify the issue better than I have done here.

She doesn't ever touch the patients, makes little eye contact, is short and cuts you off when you are talking, and she will leave the room ending the appointment with out a good bye, hope you feel better, I am sorry you are suffering..... nothing. She is the coldest, unfeeling Dr I have met. I don't ever think I have seen her smile. My previous doctor and I tried various treatments including exercise, meditation, melatonin, etc. only after exhausting all options did we turn to sleep meds. Ambient was a life savior. Finally after a lifetime of fighting to get a few hours of rest, I could sleep for hours. My doctor moved away and I ended up at Dr. Ng. From the first appointment she was judgmental about my medication - she knew nothing about me or my medical history, but right away told me that she didn't think I needed the meds for my fibromyalgia, back spasms, or sleep aid. I was in a motorcycle accident in my early 20s and have major back problems and knee problems. So I agree to drop some of the meds- she gave no guidance on how to wean myself off the drugs to avoid complications. I have been in so much pain, but she doesn't care. She just doesn't want to deal with the paperwork. This last visit was the final straw - she refuses to refill my sleep aid unless I gave a urine sample. The last refill I had was in April for 90 pills. I ran out in October. Six months. I'd say it's obvious I don't abuse the medicine. Like I mentioned above, she just doesn't want to deal with paperwork for controlled medication. My advice - take two aspirin and find a different doctor

This review is for a first time wellness check for a 2 year old boy by Doctor Peter Grandaw…read more After moving from the Bay Area, CA to Redding, we did a lot of research and talked to locals about who the best pediatrician in the area was. Doctor Grandaw exceeded those expectations. From the child friendly waiting room, well child decorated check up rooms, and friendly staff, a tight ship is run. All forms requested for preschool admission were filled out quickly. All referrals and dentist recommendations for being out of town proved to be exactly as quality as recommended by Doc Grandaw. The actual doctor visit and interaction with my son was a miracle to behold. My son was terrified of doctors up until he met Doctor Grandaw. He immediately connected with my son by talking directly to him most of the check up. Not a tear from a toddler that had been traumatized by a biopsy previously. I thought we were in trouble leaving the Bay Area and leaving a pediatrician we trusted. But, even on a busy Monday at his office, Doctor Grandaw took the time and treated my son with respect, asking all the right questions about his health and family history, and it made all the difference. We feel fortunate to have him as a doctor, and highly recommend him.
