I asked for a manager to see if maybe they keep a copy of these records on file and could help me but Rene said he was the manager and I could not speak to anyone else. Now I have to reprint all the documents as he already signed them and stamped them. He knew up front I will need this copy and the dates. Then got passive aggressive "have a nice day" on my way out.

I have been coming back occasionally for diferent things over the last few years and have had positive experiences. Its a bank, they perform financial transactions and in that sense they are all the same. What differentiates banks is thier convenience and the attitudes of the employees. I will say this branch now gets and A. Close to home, cheery tellers that tolerate and participate in banter and being open on Sunday for a few hours is huge!

She was very miserable and this bank is the worst in Foxborough. Nickel and dimes you with all sorts of fees and makes everything hard every step of the way. Never bank with them.

My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.

First, there was no window, no person to see. Second, no one came on the intercom to greet or assist me. So, I proceeded to pull the container and place the check and my license in it, push the send button. Five minutes later, I push the call button to make sure someone got it. The response I got was that the money was on the way. After the container came back, there was no "Thank You" or anything. If they treat a non-customer that way, I can't imagine how they would treat an actual customer.

RFCU had a branch in Mansfield, and soon had branches in neighboring towns. Free checking, friendly tellers, free coin machine and redemption, and they're on the SUM network which means I'm never far from an ATM. I've only ever had one or two minor issues and they were handled promptly by tellers or customer service folks via phone. PS- They have real humans answering their phones!

They keep changing things and I can't download my statements. My checking, I can only get page one. When I call they offer to email my statement. The first time I had to go thru multiple steps to get it. This last time I refused and told them to mail it. now They say you can't print without an interface. I have the latest Safari and still can't print one even download my statement. Also in order to speak to someone at our local bank, you have to call the main number to speak to someone in my local bank to make an appointment to see them. This Bank is not user friendly. I hate to change banks now because it is such a hassle to change everything, but I guess I'll have to.
