It is required by the consulate to attach a copy. Andrea also confirmed that she does not have her's. Now I have to reprint all the documents as he already signed them and stamped them. He knew up front I will need this copy and the dates. Then got passive aggressive "have a nice day" on my way out.

Reading my past review I was obviously frustrated and angry. It was an isolated incidence and I am over it! I have been coming back occasionally for diferent things over the last few years and have had positive experiences. Its a bank, they perform financial transactions and in that sense they are all the same. What differentiates banks is thier convenience and the attitudes of the employees. I will say this branch now gets and A. Close to home, cheery tellers that tolerate and participate in banter and being open on Sunday for a few hours is huge!

Today, I was going to attend my grand daughters graduation, and went through the Foxboro Drive up just to break a large bill into 2 $50.00 bills. Teller acted like I was bothering her, then asked if I was a customer. (Really?.... you're a bank). When I said no, I wasn't a customer, she refused to break the bill for me. I was going to open an account in town as we will eventually be moving back....it will not be with SCU. If that's indicative of their attitude and service. On a great note, I then went to TD Bank, who greeted me cheerfully and said " of course, one minute please". I think I found my bank!

My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.

I should have reviewed them long ago…read more When I moved down to Foxboro about 10 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need to change banks (having come from the South Shore). RFCU had a branch in Mansfield, and soon had branches in neighboring towns. I do have my bank card connected to Apple Pay, so when I arrived and realized the building required a card for entry, I was actually pleased to see that the entrance appeared to offer an option to use Apple Pay. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The reader recognized my phone and prompted me to complete Face ID, but after that, the door continued flashing red and would not unlock. This was extremely inconvenient, especially because the Apple Pay option is clearly available but apparently not functioning properly. If you're going to offer Apple Pay as an option for accessing the ATM, it should actually work. Now I have to find another bank just to withdraw cash.
