I asked for a manager to see if maybe they keep a copy of these records on file and could help me but Rene said he was the manager and I could not speak to anyone else. Today, I was going to attend my grand daughters graduation, and went through the Foxboro Drive up just to break a large bill into 2 $50.00 bills. Teller acted like I was bothering her, then asked if I was a customer. (Really?.... you're a bank). When I said no, I wasn't a customer, she refused to break the bill for me. RFCU had a branch in Mansfield, and soon had branches in neighboring towns. Free checking, friendly tellers, free coin machine and redemption, and they're on the SUM network which means I'm never far from an ATM. I've only ever had one or two minor issues and they were handled promptly by tellers or customer service folks via phone. PS- They have real humans answering their phones!

They keep changing things and I can't download my statements. My checking, I can only get page one. When I call they offer to email my statement. The first time I had to go thru multiple steps to get it. This last time I refused and told them to mail it. now They say you can't print without an interface. I have the latest Safari and still can't print one even download my statement. Also in order to speak to someone at our local bank, you have to call the main number to speak to someone in my local bank to make an appointment to see them. This Bank is not user friendly. I hate to change banks now because it is such a hassle to change everything, but I guess I'll have to.
