At one point she got perm solution in one of my eyes but I was worried to mention it because I felt that it would have been worst had she tried to fix it since she had no idea what was going on. It's quite negligent to have someone not fully trained working with peoples eyes. I left with my lashes FULL of glue and my eyelids stuck open from glue. The best part? Professional and friendly, she warmly dealt with my kicking and flinching during my Brazilian wax (I had forgotten to take a couple Tylenol before going) and the rest of it was absolutely quick and painless. Her threading was well done and thorough for my eyebrows and upper lip as well. I ended my visit with a facial - and trust me, going for the relaxing one! The massage is well worth it!
