The space is bright, airy, clean, and modern, but still has a subtle hometown Monroe feel that makes it really welcoming. The coffee is so good (even the decaf was bomb), and every syrup we tried was incredible. 10/10 recommend the Colored Skies, breve-style. The pastries were delicious too, and I love that they're locally sourced. You can tell a ton of thought went into both the menu and the space. Despite a massive rush hitting all at once, the baristas handled it with ease, and I didn't hear a single issue with an order... other than an accidental extra cinnamon roll, which I gladly accepted from the owner. Great coffee, great food, and immaculate vibes. Noticed is exactly the kind of coffee shop Monroe needed. Definitely coming back.
