Not sure what prompted an investment at the beginning of my pregnancy, but I'm thankful because ive noticed a complete change in my skin's health and appearance in the past year. I'm saying my skin is firmer, less breakouts in a year, my complexion is brighter, even , and the hyperpigmentation from eczema flares is all but gone. Facial routines seemed so overwhelming but not I have a AM/PM routine and I'm finally understanding what all these crazy products actually do . Wish I started this in my youth . Environment/ location: located in Lafayette next to the 5 little monkeys shop. Paid parking but really quiet. So peaceful inside the studio. There are 2 rooms sometimes used by the lash tech and masseuse. Inside is beautifully decorated , def has a bohemian theme going and is so peaceful. I judge businesses by their bathrooms and hers is gorgeous, clean, and I appreciate the towels instead of paper products. Facial Products : I can't speak to all the official products used during your face/body treatments but she does sell quite a few lines I love specifically SORELLA, SKINCEUTICALS & HENNÉ. I've probably invested hundredsssss in product but it's worth it and my face loves me. I have really sensitive skin, dermatitis AND I was pregnant when I started so I appreciate that I've never had a reaction, she has non-retinol products that work for pregnant women, and she's great at education. Most import army she reads cues so if you're tired , stressed, or would like to enjoy the facial and nap - she won't talk and she'll make sure anyone waiting outside your room is QUIET and not on their phones so you can enjoy it . Which reminds me - appointments are scheduled and she has to buzz you in which keeps the traffic inside to zero Events: lauren hosts pop-up events for clients and guests and they're cool. It's a great time to meet other, try products , learn something new, drink wine , eat and perhaps win something amazing in a raffle (I won a skinceutical gift set retail value :$$$ and it's been amazing) Facials: I recommend the 90-min services starting with the whole bowl in the $190range but now I get the 90-min bydrofacial which is about $365.
