Cheryl has a very soft touch, I only felt a pinch at first then no further 'ouch'! I had originally gone to Cheryl for Botox years ago and was very happy with the results. I made an appointment for a consultation and was greeted by her (no receptionist). We went to her office and she told me that the lines around my mouth would be perfect for Juvederm Ultra XC. Since I had never had a filler, I asked many questions. She brushed them quickly aside and said I would see instant results and there was nothing to be concerned about. After the procedure I noticed a large lump on one side of my face and a large bruise on the other side. She said the results would continue to improve within a few days. After waiting nearly a week and a half with my face still looking ridiculous, I called her office two times, left two messages and texted the support line that asked for a review of my services. Not only did she not return my calls, no receptionist called or let me know anything. Save your $1290 and go to a professional. I am livid to say the very least. read more
