I tried this place for the first time the other since I was in the area. The lady who helped me was nice, and she did a great job cleaning up my brows. The price of the service is competitive, and the service is quick, and I like that they are up to speed with current the point of sale technology. They also have a rewards system, and it is all computerized, so you don't need to carry punch card to keep track of your visits. I will be coming here from now on. Hands down the best threading salon I have been to! I have been coming here for over a year and love the work they do. The girls are very friendly and charismatic. The salon is clean and welcoming. They have a point system that gets you a free threading visit after 10 visits. And they offer, numbing spray for the, not so fun, threading spots. read more

By far the best threading salon I have been to. I've been coming to Chhaya for years now and have never cheated since. Not only quick but also extremely precise. Everywhere else I have gone have made my brows way too thin. I also got my face and sideburns waxed today, it was extremely fast and quite painless compared to other locations I have been to. The wax is different from other places and it's almost dry so it does not leave a mess on the face! Definitely recommend all their services. :) read more

New location, same quality service! The storefront moved a few doors down to a larger, updated space. I usually get my brows threaded every other Monday. No one else is ever in the shop, which is super convenient for me, but I wonder why I'm the only one there! Go get Shaped, y'all!! But heed my words of caution: be clear about what you want, including the particular shape of your brows. Whenever I forget to mention that I prefer mine fuller because I think she remembers me from two weeks prior, she gives me a Garbo look. The 1920s are not a good look for my round face. They got me in at 6:50 pm without batting an eye. The woman who did my eye brows & upper lip did an amazing job in 7 minutes flat. Her voice was really pleasant as well, in an almost AMSR kind of way. The most impressive part was the sign in sheet. They'd had over 40 customers that day, and I was the ONLY new customer. My face became too sensitive to waxing so I decided to look into alternatives. I came here today, first time customer and first time threading and had my full face including my eyebrows. I think this place did an amazing job! I have thick brows and made sure to mention, do NOT thin out my eyebrows! Went to Sky brows down the road but there were far too many people ahead of me , I've been to the original Bahat location a few suites down & liked my eyebrows so I decided to come back not realizing that they had relocated a few steps over. I must admit I was anxious i would come out with botched brows but I love them ! I appreciated the most towards the end her suggestion of a diff shape to my brows before she decided to go forth' . I went in for an eyelash fill. They were not applied correctly. Crooked and did not look good at all. By the time I came home, half of them had already fallen off. I went back IMMEDIATELY to get them fixed. There was no way to fix them and ended up getting them removed, even the ones I had before the fill. I got a refund on the application BUT I was charged to get them removed when the job was done terribly in the first place! I will not be returning for any services. read more

I am not going to lie, I am a man who frequents this place. If I did not get my eyebrows I would look like a Sasquatch. As a man entering this women's space I don't feel awkward at all. I have been to many places and they have thinned my eyebrows to the feminine appeal, but their team don't thin my eyebrows they simply clean me up. The owner is very attentive to my needs and does not make me feel unwelcome like other places, that only cater to women. Even her customers are respectful and don't pass judgments. I am always satisfied with their work that I am committed to patronizing their business. This business is accepting of womEn, men, LGBTQ folk, and all. Please support small mom and pop businesses. OMG PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! I have never in my life had thinner eyebrows. I specifically said I wanted to keep the shape of my eyebrows, and wanted to keep them thick. The second I heard all of my hair tearing out I knew something was wrong. I came out with EXTREMELY thin eyebrows with a completely different shape (I USED to have an arch...not anymore). If you're even considering this place, do yourself a favor and run the other way. I would give them no stars if that were possible. Seriously, worst eyebrow job ever! read more

I don't write reviews but did for her because we were so pleased with the visit. First time taking my teenage daughter for her eyebrows, who has dark, thick hair. We tried waxing a long time ago, but because of the rest of her facial hair, the waxing left an obvious bald spot and didn't look natural. Tweezed for a while but thought we'd try this for a more complete look. So glad we did. They took us with no notice on a Saturday, and we barely waited. We didn't want them thin - just shaped. We were done in 5 minutes, and the results are fantastic. They look natural and still full, but shaped perfectly. And my daughter even commented on nice she was. We will definitely come back every few weeks to keep it up. Affordable - and the 10th one is free! Highly recommend. read more

So I just came back home from this place and I still have hair everywhere on my face. My face definitely looks cleaner than before I walked in here but you can still see hair on my forehead, cheeks, and chin area. I would usually get my threading done around Hillcrest but since I live in RB, I'm trying to find a threading place closer to where I live. It usually takes a good 20 mins to get my face cleaned without my eyebrows, and since this was my first time here, I didn't let her touch my brows and just asked for my face to get threaded. I went in and the place was pretty empty with only one other customer that was being helped. It's my turn and she doesn't even spend 12 mins on my face and she gives me the mirror to look at my face. I pointed to my lips so she spends another minute cleaning the sides of my lips and that's it!!!!! $30 in my opinion was expensive to get literally half of my face done without my brows. if she was busy I would understand and say OK, she had to hurry but there wasn't anyone else in there after me. Definitely not coming back! read more
