I love that you have the ability to request a certain tech when you check in on the iPad. Ava did my nails tonight and I will absolutely be requesting her again! She listened to my requests, was definitely a perfectionist (in a good way!), and gave me perfect nails. I also thought the prices were reasonable; I was able to tip a pretty good percentage and still not exceed my budget.

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence or attempted to assist me. However, they did all see me walk through the door. .Shortly after, two Caucasian women entered the salon and were immediately greeted. A man even came out from the back, walked directly past me without saying a word, and went straight to help them--even though I was standing in front of them and they arrived 10 minutes after I did. Please note, I am a Black American. At that point, I calmly asked him why I was being ignored as if I were invisible. He had no explanation. The way I was treated was deeply disrespectful and felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be made to feel overlooked or less important. Based on this experience, I will not be supporting this establishment and I will not recommend to others. I will also be contacting the BBB to share my experience.

I had previously selected A Divine Beauty to do my hair and makeup services after two trials with other vendors. I never wear makeup so I needed to shop around to see what I was comfortable with, and the trials I did before never did seem to be good for both hair and makeup with a single artist or company. I did one full hair and makeup trial and eyebrow waxing with Noelle and also a follow up to narrow the eye color choices for the big day. Allow me to also say Noelle did the best brow wax of my life, seriously. In the lead up to my wedding, Noelle did a great job of communicating and keeping in touch to answer questions, provide tips, get my look right and help reassure me that my look would be flawless. On my wedding day, it was pouring down rain and we had absolutely no cell signal to send the gate code to vendors coming in, but luckily Noelle followed the plan b directions we sent in case that issue happened. Noelle even battled a flooded bridge that almost left her car stranded on one side of the venue! We're talking a record-breaking flood! Despite the heavy rain, these ladies showed up on time and we were so excited to get started! Noelle worked her makeup magic carefully incorporating my wishes from our previous consultations. The makeup looked flawless and stayed on all night. The colors really went well with my overall look, and it just really came together. I loved looking at my wedding pictures because my skin looked so smooth, my blue eyes popped, and my lip color was lovely. Anna Claire pulled off the exact hairstyles we wanted, and worked with our different hair lengths, textures, and styles. She worked quickly and efficiently. First, even though I had 3 trials in total before and had narrowed things down pretty significantly, with all of the planning us girls never truly did settle on our day of hairstyles until Anna Claire got there. She quickly helped us narrow things down to decide what would look right despite a million things going on in the room. Also, I am VERY fussy about stray aways, and I will have a friggin meltdown if my hair starts to look like it is falling apart halfway through the event. Fortunately, I did not have that problem whatsoever and I am SO happy about that. I just feel undone if it gets like that, but my hair was tight and flawless the entire night even when it would normally start to look ragged after dancing, drinking, sweating, etc. I also could not be happier with how she made the flowers look in my hair - there weren't too many or too few, and they stayed in place all night. I got TONS of compliments on how well the makeup and hair turned out. I have to say that I really gave these ladies a tough time with very specific and fussy requests, and I was frequently not sure of how to explain what I was asking for, but they rose to the occasion! I wanted every detail to be perfect and exactly how I wanted it for my big day, and those wishes were honored. Despite having appointments, services ran significantly behind schedule throughout the evening. The children (age 9&10) in our group waited several hours (approx 5hrs) before their services even began, and my acrylic nail appointment did not start until around 9:30 PM. I ultimately left the salon close to midnight. :( In total, I spent nearly 8 hours (one work day) at the salon for a gel pedicure and a fairly simple acrylic nail set. By the time my service started, I was too exhausted to proceed with the nail art I had originally planned. I understand that nail art can take time, but customers should be informed of major delays, and appointments should be managed in a way that respects everyone's time. Keeping adults and young children in the salon until almost midnight is not an acceptable customer experience. The nails themselves turned out nicely, but the excessive wait and lack of schedule management overshadowed the entire visit. I hope the salon improves its appointment planning and communication going forward. 2 stars--one star for the nail quality and one for the staff being courteous. The final nails are fine, but no nail service is worth spending an entire workday in a salon. The issue was not the technicians' skills--it was the complete lack of appointment management, prioritization, and respect for customers' time.
