This place is really sub par, which is disappointing because I heard so many good things about them before I finally tried it. I ordered the chicken oven sub. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food the total wait was about 20 minutes, this wasn't that bad I'm a relatively patient guy. While I was waiting I noticed the kitchen they were working in was a mess. A greasy grill top and prep counter as well as used utensils just lying around covered in dried food. They must have been short staffed..... None the less I got my sub and went to sit down. Once I bit in I was not impressed. The chicken was dry and flavourless, the only flavour that stood out was the ranch dressing I got as a sauce. The chicken tasted as though it was cooked once then frozen, thawed, grilled and then baked. At the end of the day it was a pretty bad experience and I wouldn't try this place again. read more

I have been eating at this establishment for the last 10 years since I found it in the corner of the market. The service is always friendly and the size of the wrap is quite large compared to others on the market. The veggies are always fresh and a lot of the sauces, like the marinade and the tziki are homemade. Including the bread which he now sells at sobeys and other stores. May well be the best Halifax style donairs in Moncton--which unfortunately isn't saying much. They make their own flat bread, the kind of thing you just can't find in Moncton anywhere else. read more
