From the time I ordered to the time I got my food the total wait was about 20 minutes, this wasn't that bad I'm a relatively patient guy. While I was waiting I noticed the kitchen they were working in was a mess. A greasy grill top and prep counter as well as used utensils just lying around covered in dried food. They must have been short staffed..... None the less I got my sub and went to sit down. Once I bit in I was not impressed. The chicken was dry and flavourless, the only flavour that stood out was the ranch dressing I got as a sauce. The chicken tasted as though it was cooked once then frozen, thawed, grilled and then baked. At the end of the day it was a pretty bad experience and I wouldn't try this place again.
