This is the only place I get take-away meals from in Glasgow, other than the every-now-and-then fish & chips. Tonight was the first time I have grabbed food just for myself, and it has proven, scientifically, that one portion from Shangri-La is waaaay more than enough for one person.
The staff are lovely there, and always seem to give free prawn crackers away (thank God I didn't take any tonight or I wouldn't have eaten my veg).
It's not the Shangri La you'll find in Paris (google it), but it's def a lot cheaper, the food tastes really good, is cooked quickly and you will definitely not go hungry.
Tonight I had a vegetable chow mein, and I've tried heaps of their other dishes in the past, because they have a deal where you can buy 4 different dishes for £10. :D
I'll try and take a photo of their very extensive menu to give you an idea, because they deliver which is a great option if it's one of those nights that you can't be bothered cooking, but should be home doing stuff like I should be doing right now....
5 mins- later update-
The menu is really huge, so I'll upload a photo of the first page, and you can see the rest here: http://www.just-eat.co.uk/restaurants-shangri-la-g11/menu ( -- I've never ordered from Just-eat so can't comment on this website) read more
