I would recommend Dr. Shah in Madison. If you chose Dr. Willis and have insurance check with your company but you should not have to pay the full amount up front. It was not a good experience.

From the staff in the front end to the staff in the back end, the hospitality and professionalism remained consistent. After completing my consultation, I called back a day or two after to schedule my initial treatment. *They provide you with an electric toothbrush, t-shirt and some other goodies after completing your initial treatment. Also, there's no additional charge for adults to have clear braces. They also have a reward program that I'm SUPER stoked about. The program allows you accumulate points and redeem for gift cards.
