Since my daughter started going there I took my son and my two step daughters, for the past two years and myself. In the past year they told me my son who is 9 had a cavity in the back and came out with a crown on tooth number 11 which is not in the back and still has a cavity in the back. They do not let parents go back. One of my step daughters who is 17, they drilled her tooth off to the nerve and put a filling in and it's still hurting her but "they see nothing wrong" My other step daughter who is 13 came out and they said she had 3 cavities but after my experience that is coming up next I took her to their new dentist and they said she had none. I went last October for two crowns. They didn't xray and drilled my teeth. One is fine the other broke off 5 minutes after walking out the door, they refused to fix it trying to charge me this and that that my new dentist told me my insurance covers and I suffered for 4 days with my whole face abscessed in excruciating pain. I ended up having to have the tooth extracted by a surgeon. I changed dentists and they contacted my insurance with which my insurance told them that both temporary crowns were charged and the other tooth a permanent crown was also charged and I haven't been back since the temporary was put on. My insurance company has tried to contact them repeatedly bc since it was charged I can't get a permanent crown for 5 years so the temporary one is still on there. If you go in with no problem you will surely come out without one. They're not registered at the BBB either.
