I had the pleasure of booking Shanah for my sister's bridal shower. She brought a wealth of joy, warmth, professionalism, and artistry to our event. Each detail was carefully thought out and she expertly provided henna for a range of guests--from 10 years of age to 45+ years of age. Shanah did a *stunning* job with the bridal henna as well, and having her at our event felt like having another family member there joining in our joyous occasion. Thank you for everything you did to make my sister's day more memorable, Shanah! read more

The designs were absolutely perfect for my sister-in-law's Coco-themed Day of the Dead birthday party. The artist was incredibly professional and created beautiful designs that perfectly matched the theme. Everyone at the party looked stunning. I particularly appreciated how vibrant the designs were, and they were easy to remove afterward. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the artist added to the enjoyment of the party. read more

Words cannot express how highly I think of Shanah and her beautiful work. We hired her for our daughters 5th birthday party. We did half face painting and half henna for the 2 hours she was here. The excitement she created with the little ones and adults alike made the party such a wild success. My daughter felt so special as did I by seeing all of our guests big smiles. At first my husband was on the fence about henna for a kids party but she is so wonderful to be around, funny, and talented. To my surprise most of the men got henna and loved it! It was worth every penny and it's because she has a true gift with people and with her ability. Thank you Shanah, can't wait till the next event! I highly recommend her for any kind of gathering, it truly brought the whole party together. read more

I can make my little girls day just by taking her to get her face painted and Shanah did exactly that. The whimsical design she painted on my lil girls face was both beautiful and playful. She couldnt stop looking in the mirror. She was gentle as she painted and quite skillful. The skillful part showed even more as i witnessed her paint the most intricate and lovely henna tattoo on a young lady before us. It was so lovely i almost requested the same for myself. My daughter did too but i think we'll save henna for when shes a tad older. Thank you Shanah for adding a bit of fantasy to our day. =) read more

Shahnaz was absolutely wonderful. We met her at our daughter's Purim carnival and she did a face painting for her. As her school emphasizes process over product, Shahnaz, too, was amazing in her work. She connected with our squirmy 2 year old, was very patient and soft spoken, and had a wonderful demeanor. My daughter chose to be painted a princess, and Shahnaz realized her imagination. We will definitely being seeing her again, perhaps at our daughter's upcoming birthday. read more
