Got the order placed and was happy. 15 minutes later the order gets randomly cancelled - and when I called they told me they were having an issue with GrubHub and I could order on Slice or over the phone. I tried replicating the order over the phone and it was over 30% more expensive than GrubHub! When I told the girl on the phone she literally said "I don't know" - that's it. So I went to Slice and same thing - every item was more expensive and they charged a service charge and delivery fee on top. I'm sorry but I'm not paying almost $90 for food that's $60 on GrubHub when you pull a bait & switch. So I guess it's 1-Star for their delivery experience but 5-stars if you go in? Oh - and for the owner if/when you read this. We are really happy with the food we got from La Piazza Express, which we never would have found or tried if you hadn't made this big mess of things. So this didn't just cost you a $60 order - it cost you however many future orders I might have placed and however many orders Yelp's readers decide not to place after reading this.
