The onion rings were well cooked with a light tempura breading but flavorless. You'll need a dressing for both. A better choice was the house salad with chicken add. I'll come again but not for the burger.

We were able to be seated without an issue, they just opened around the time we came in. The ambiance was cool & different & the secret door was a cool touch. Drinks were great. Loved the variety they offered. I took a star off because the guy who checked our IDs in the front didn't tell us it was open seating, so we just stood there waiting to be helped not knowing what to do if we can sit anywhere , or needed to wait. The bartender didn't stop to welcome us , or let us know it was open seating. We aren't locals, nor have we been before, so standing there without any direction was kind of not welcoming. Overall, it was a cool vibe, drinks were good, however not sure if I would return when I do come into town.

Our experience wasn't that bad, but maybe my expectations were already set low. The wings were very good. The mini tacos came across like frozen store-bought tacos that were elevated by a restaurant-quality deep fryer. Other guests seem to rave about the pizza. Seriously, you guys need to get out more. The pizza reminded me of a late-night college drunk meal where your roommate swears he can make a good pizza. That said, the pizza is clearly designed for drunk people, and after way too many drinks, I could absolutely see myself smashing 7 or 8 slices. Service was okay, but a little slow. Ben reminded me we were one of only two tables and it was not ok, so fair enough. This was our second dinner in Mesquite, and I'm noticing a common theme: the bar comes first, and dinner guests who aren't drinking copious amounts of alcohol come second. Overall, it wasn't a remarkable experience, but it wasn't bad either. The wings were the highlight. Everything else was just kind of there.

The bar has a classic rock theme which was demonstrated in the music being played and one of the TV's displayed band album pics.
