I am very pleased with the work performed by MR. ANTENNA's people, Sabrina and Alex. I have a very…read moresteep pitched roof and Alex was able to safely work to remove and reposition my enormous vintage tv antenna which he discovered was working so well it did not need to be replaced, but had slipped over the peak of the roof and was not secured properly. Alex moved the antenna to another, safer part of the roof and anchored it down. Once that had been accomplished, he then went into my house, and drilled through very tough concrete walls and hooked up three televisions. Sabrina helped troubleshoot each tv and make sure I was getting all the available channels. This was a difficult job and they worked tirelessly for hours on a hot day. They kept me apprised of every facet of the installation. And with all of this, they were reasonably priced. My TVs are now working great. Sabrina and Alex were wonderful and I highly recommend their company, MR. ANTENNA.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of the T-shirt print I received from Custom Zone Print. The…read moreimage I originally provided was bright and vibrant, but the final product turned out extremely dark -- even in natural lighting. It looks nothing like the original image I submitted. When we discussed shirt color options, I mentioned not using white. He told me gray would "bleed through," but I was not given a clear explanation or shown any examples of what that would actually look like. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the entire print would come out this dark. What's confusing is that in his shop display, he has prints on black, red, and navy shirts -- and those images appear bright and close to their original quality. There were no examples displayed showing what "bleed through" looks like, which would have helped set expectations before I approved the order. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, instead of offering to reprint the design on a white shirt as a courtesy, I was told I would need to pay $20 for reprinting (though he said he wouldn't charge for the $5 shirts). As a disappointed customer, it felt frustrating to be asked to pay more to correct something I didn't fully understand would happen. I highly recommend anyone considering using this business to ask very detailed questions about how your image will appear on different shirt colors and request to see real examples beforehand. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.
