He put in a patio for us and it is beautiful! Very even surface of individual blocks. No puddling after it rains and flat with the surrounding area. He had to work with our Condo association and handled everything with professionalism. Our job took place in the cold late fall weather, but he came back to seed the disturbed grassy areas in the spring. I definitely would hire him again if the need ever comes along. If you are thinking about using his services don't hesitate. He will make you happy.

He even incorporated some old brick we had on hand to add character. He also created a lovely granite bench, made stone landing for a secondary entrance, added river stone to manage stormwater runoff, and did a few other small jobs; all of which have increased our home's curb appeal by a lot. Several neighbors stopped by to say how great it looks! It's all so beautiful and worth every penny. Dave was a pleasure to work with, and I can't recommend high highly enough.
