My sister lives off a dirt road and I was concerned as to whether or not the flowers could be delivered. The delivery person went over and beyond making sure that my sister received the flowers. My boyfriend suprised me with flowers, and this was the flowershop that delivered them! Unfortunately, no one was home when they went to deliver to my house, but thankfully the gal who was working gave me a call and let me know she had flowers for me! I asked her to leave them at the door since my sister would be home shortly. She was hesitant at first and warned me about the heat killing the flowers, but ultimately did just leave them on the doorstep. The only problem I had was her aggressively knocking on my door LOL! I saw it through my Ring app. It could be a little intimidating if you are being suprised with flowers, but don't want to open your door for unknown person holding flowers banging on your door. I went online and accidentally ordered through a third party vendor and the order was mistakenly sent to the wrong place. The lady was VERY NICE and took the order to the correct place and explained to order directly through the shop. I am very thankful she delivered my flowers the same day as the mishap. It was a much smaller arrangement and some of the flowers were already wilted and drooping. Wow I can't believe there aren't any other reviews! I love Shamrock! My family and I have used Shamrock Flowers on several occasions. None of those occasions, however, were as important as my wedding day. I had a smooth and friendly consultation with the owner at the shop and she really made sure I got everything I wanted for my special day. I was able to pick through tons of pictures and books. Every option was available to me. When the day of the wedding came, Shamrock delivered the flowers on time and I had zero problems with them. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful and I swear not one of those flowers had a flaw on them. They were just perfect. The boutonnieres were stunning as well. For everyone that has gotten married, we all know how stressful a wedding can be and it was just so nice to not have to worry about the flowers. I felt good about Shamrock from day one and they did not disappoint! I really feel like it says something when a local business has been around for a few decades. That means they're doing something right. The desert is notorious for having a lot of chain stores (florists included) and I love supporting local businesses when I can. A dear friend was celebrating a special milestone birthday on January 2. I placed an order online December 30th for a floral delivery on her birthday. I received a call within 10-15 minutes after placing the order from Shamrock telling me that they would be closed on that day. Would it be okay if they delivered the order a little early? I wish that I had read the filtered reviews before I had purchased anything from this business. I ordered roses and lilies. I received carnations and daisies as well as some other greenery. What I saw online said "as shown" so I purchased it. They did not tell me before they delivered it that it would look nothing like the photo. I am very unhappy with flowers that were delivered to my mother. I should have called 1800 flowers but I wanted them to be delivered in a vase instead of a box. In the future I will not be doing business with this company. I do not reccomend coming here. read more

They designed the flowers even better than we had hoped for. The quality of the flowers were outstanding, they endured the heat and wind, some were even blown over by the wind a few times and they still look great days later. We haven't had a good flower experience in years, usually using 1 800 flowers, Pro Flowers or FTD, high prices and low quality and a 40% chance you wont get what you ordered. These flowers were to be EXTRA special since my mom had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and only had a month to live! I was completely disappointed and totally unhappy with the way the arrangements turned out! The flowers were EMBARRASSING and totally overpriced for the amateur services! I flew to Apple Valley, Ca for my brother's funeral. It was unexpected so my sister ordered an arrangement 3 days prior to the funeral and paid close to 250.00. We were shocked to see what they sent to the church. Most of the flowers and roses were wilted. I'd be ashamed to send something like that to a funeral or anything else that was going on. And to charge the price for what was delivered was rediculous. If i was my sister there is no way I'd be going back to that flower shop. Overpriced and horrible flowers. If they couldn't have done the arrangement in the best way possible they should have said it wasn't possible. read more

Why I'll definitely be ordering from shamrock flowers again: 1. Website VERY easy to use 2. They called me right after I placed my order to ask me if it was okay to use a different color flower even after authorization online it was "okay" to do so, just to make sure. 3. GPS took the driver a COMPLETELY different way then where the home was located. Diver called and spent 5 minutes getting turn by turn directions with the best attitude and understanding. 4. I then sent an email with a picture of what I received and the picture of what I ordered asking for an explanation on the difference and have received no explanation. So this review is for my mom's experience today. My grandmother's funeral was today @ 10am. My mom ordered flowers in advanced and when I was at the service I took pictures of the flowers there and asked my mom if any of them was it and she said they weren't there. My mom called the florist at 1115 and they were barely leaving to be delivered!!!! Service was over and my grandma was being lowered in the earth. My mom spent 150.00 for the flowers and she was able to get a full refund, but the fact was my mom was embarrassed, this florist needs to manage there deliveries better. I have never heard of a florist ever being late to deliver funeral flowers. Really unprofessional. read more

A delayed review, sorry. Had flowers delivered to my Girlfriend in apple valley. Prior to the delivery i called the shop, I'm aware since buying flowers from an online deal, the arrangements aren't always exact. And they warn you of this. Not necessarily buyer beware...but its insinuated. So I spoke with a lady, very nice. She advised of the items they had and what items/flowers...they didn't...which turned out to be nearly nothing. Disappointed, she ensured me the arrangement I'd get, would be amazing. Via a picture after delivery...they put nearly 2 and a half dozen small roses all over the arrangement, quantity doesn't always mean quality. The effort was there, but the execution just flopped. And to top it off...the flowers, 75% or more were dead or dying 48hrs after delivery. Kept in climate controlled office and watered. I wont be using the online service or this shop again. Only reason i gave it 3 stars was because her customer service was in point. Ive since been to another shop, the flowers lasted nearly 3 weeks in the same conditions (Office setting). My daughter got married on June 20th and the flowers for the wedding were provided by Shamrock Florist on Hwy 18 (next to Di Napoli's) in Apple Valley. I would just like to take a moment to share with you the bad business practices of this florist and suggest if you ever need flowers you go elsewhere. My daughter's colors for her wedding were cornflower blue and a light butter yellow. When ordering the bridal bouquet my daughter had requested light yellow roses but had specified she knew that light yellow was hard to come by so if necessary a darker yellow was acceptable as long as they were yellow. The day of the wedding the flowers arrived and the bridal bouquet had peach roses instead of yellow roses. In addition the bridesmaids bouquets were smashed to the point that some of the flowers had cracked and began to turn brown. My daughter was so upset that her bouquet was not what she had ordered but it was too late to do anything about it. On Monday morning I contacted Carmel at Shamrock Florist and told her how unacceptable it was that the flowers that arrived were not what was ordered and told her how upset my daughter was. She kept insisting that the flowers in the bridal bouquet were light yellow and I again explained that they were peach and I felt she should give my daughter some sort of refund. She asked me how much of a refund I thought she should give her and I stated I would leave it up to her decide but that I felt some type of reimbursement was in order. She said that she would send my daughter some sort of refund when she returned from her honeymoon and again apologized for our unhappiness. A few hours later a delivery woman from Shamrock came to my home with a plant and an apology note. She also stated that Carmel felt bad...I asked the woman if she would like to see the bouquet because I had kept it. When she looked at it she said...oh you're right they do look like peach not yellow I can see why you are upset. When my daughter returned from her honeymoon Carmel contacted her and said she was sorry but Shamrock Florist does not give monetary refunds that the flowers were light yellow but maybe when they opened up they turned peach. To make up for it she told my daughter she would send her a plant or something because again they do not give monetary refunds. I'm no flower expert but I'm not sure how a flower changes color when it opens but either way we spent well over $300 on the bouquets and they were not what we ordered. This was my daughter's wedding day...one of the most important days of her life. Everything should've been perfect including her flowers and it is unacceptable that they were not what she ordered. A good business person would have given some sort of compensation at least on the bridal bouquet that was the wrong color especially after telling me on the phone that was what she was going to do. Shamrock Florist is definitely NOT a florist I would ever recommend and I hope if you ever need a florist you will remember this story and not use Shamrock. read more

Horrible.. I was so disappointed with what was delivered. First they delivered the flowers to my aunt late in the day so she only had her flowers on her desk for 30 min before she left work, second the flowers I picked online looked NOTHING like what was delivered. I was embarrassed what they sent my aunt for her birthday. It looked like a pile of green leaves with a couple of flowers in it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed an order around 8 AM on valentines day. they called me at 11:20AM to tell me my card was declined. The charge shows on my account, and the bank cant figure out what could be wrong. so i called them back, and now their delivery window is closed, and they can't do crap for me.
