I ordered a Tropical Beauty Premium arrangement for my Mom for Mother's Day this year. I asked…read morethem to call and ring the doorbell a few times because my Mom was hard of hearing and I didn't want her to miss the delivery. I requested a Thursday delivery so that we would not be in the rush on Sunday. The flowers that were delivered were barely the standard size, even though I paid $20 extra for the Premium. I also gave them a $19 tip for any issues they may run into, but they still left the flower arrangement on the porch in 80 degree weather instead of handing them to my elderly Mom. I've attached a photo of what they advertised, and a photo of what my Mom received. Definitely NOT what was advertised, in the size alone, let alone the flowers themselves. It's already hard enough trying to buy nice flowers online. This company failed me, and my trust of online ordering anymore. Back in the day, you could order flowers online anywhere and the bouquets they delivered were stunning. Now a day, people just don't care anymore about good customer service, and actually trying to make their customers happy with a good product. Regardless if the company replies to this review or not, this is the taste they left in my mouth that day. Hopefully they will be better for others in the future. Edit: To reply to the comment left by the business, I shouldn't have to specify that I wanted multiple ginger stems if it was advertised in the business photo. And the flowers put in instead did not exceed the cost I paid. It was a blatant change of flowers that weren't advertised in the photo. If I wanted a different bouquet, I would have ordered a different one.

So instead of using a big online flower delivery company I decided to use a local florist in Victorville. I called and said I wanted a nice colorful plant delivered for $100. I also asked for a picture of the plant before it was delivered to confirm it was something that I would like. The clerk had excellent customer service and said he would make a arrangement that included a plant and colorful flowers and agreed to send a picture. Well I never received the picture. So I had to ask someone that I knew to send me a picture. Well after I saw what was delivered I knew that I had been ripped off.
