It makes me feel so good that to me, getting a cut is really pampering - almost like a spa day ;) Also - all the staff is delightful and they always see me on time. Can't beat it.

She always takes into account what I am looking for regarding my hair, my hair texture, and what she thinks will look best for my hair. I trust her with my hair, which I think can be hard to come by at times. If I notice there's an issue at home (ie my hair is so fine that shampoo weighs it down, she offers many solutions!). My hair is healthy thanks to Hannah. If you're looking for someone who slays the blonde game, you're gonna want to see Hannah! ALSO: I asked to have blue added into my hair beginning of August, and it still looks FRESH!

Took 3 weeks for the manager to respond to me with "we only offer fixes a week after the service is done" and refused to make any corrections. I wanted my eyebrows done as well and last minute decided to do my lips. I am SO HAPPY with my work, as well as my mom, she is over the moon about her new brows. The shape was perfect, the colour was custom mixed and checked and approved by myself before they selected that shade to use (both brows and lips). The spa was clean and SO CUTE, in a renovated super cute old house. Parking was easy and they are SO friendly and kind. The kindest people I have met. Relaxing atmosphere. We got a great deal as we went during a promotion (thank god). I will be recommending this place to anyone that is interested in getting any tattoo cosmetic work done. Happy with the results 100% and I am excited to go back to get some small touch ups. They went above and beyond!

I enrolled in the Permanent Makeup course at Biotouch Alberta and felt the need to advise others of…read moremy experience. I wish that I would have read reviews such as the one I'm leaving prior to investing $4000 in this course. To sum it up, not only is the course not worth the money, you also do not leave with all of the information or experience required to feel confident to begin a career in this field. First off, you're told that your $4000 investment for a 1 week course will also include all the equipment you need to get started. However what we weren't told is that we would have to spend another $1000 to purchase additional product that you absolutely need to start seeing clients. The first day of instruction went well. However there was very little instruction provided on the days to follow. We often had to work on live models with as little as 1 hour of class instruction and a little homework we did outside of the location the night before with no one to properly guide us. This is pretty well how things went for every new service we "learnt". Class was set to start at 10am every morning, and we would show up and be left to chat amongst ourselves until almost lunchtime...which was followed with working on a live model. (Keep in mind you've only had about 1 hour of class time to learn the service you were about to perform and a little practice you did on your own on a few skin sheets the night before). Considering the fact that we are rendering semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing services that's not sufficient, and I'm sure many models would have turned away if they knew. I could have learnt what was taught in this course by buying a $40 book on Amazon and watching a few YouTube videos. To top it all off, the instructors were quite rude to us while we worked on models. They expected you to know exactly every step of the process on the first try without providing us with the information to allow us to do so. I am so disappointed to have wasted $4000 on this, it still bothers me 3 months later. I simply can't recommend this course to anyone.

After a messy (and expensive!) experience at RedBloom I decided to give this place a try because it is pretty close to my house. I was booked with Angie for full highlights and a cut/style. The salon is fairly small, but very clean and well kept. All the girls are friendly and chatty. I am quite picky about my hair, and Angie listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted, plus gave me some really good advice on what she could do to make it look even better. Price was very good (especially since I have been used to the high-end salon prices) I paid about 190 AFTER tip, which considering how happy I am with my hair, is worth it! I'll definately be going back!
