Because we didn't really have that much customer service and I have no idea what the ambiance is like, I'll just be reviewing the food~
What we ordered:
Curry Puff Pag ($5.90) - Potatoes, onion, carrot, snow peas, and herb filling wrapped in puff pastry. 3 pieces.
I found these to be really nice and delicious, but not really worth the value. They were quite small and not filling so 6 dollars is a bit expensive for what little we got.
Neur Nam Tok ($12.90) - Grilled beef with onion, chili, mint, and lemon juice.
I wasn't a huge fan of this. The beef was really rough. Admittedly, the sauces and flavours they used were delicious, but the tough-to-chew beef brought it down.
Pad Thai w/ Vegetables & Tofu ($10.50) - Thai rice noodle, bean shoots, egg, bean curd, tamarind sauce, and crushed peanuts.
Delicious! Flavourful, filling, and definitely worth the cheap price of 10 dollars.
Pad See Ew w/ Vegetables & Tofu ($10.50) - Stir-fried rice noodles, egg, vegetables, sweet soy sauce.
I loved this dish. Most often, people mess up with Pad See Ew and make the soy sauce too sweet. However, Shallot Thai did it just right and made a delicious meal!
Roti ($3.50) - Pan-fried Indian-style bread.
It was pretty good. Just a tiny bit too rubbery, but still alright.
