It took me a minute to realize he probably wanted ID, I had started to ask and then realized and said "Ohhh ID?" He replied "Obviously. State law." It wasn't very obvious in all the other shops in Vegas and Mesquite that had bothered looking at my 40 year old face. He was so curt, I tried to make polite small talk by telling him I was visiting from home city. "I'm not impressed." He rudely said. "We like it better here." I left after that. I didn't need to give this rude man my money.

I highly recommend this place to all vapers and even smokers who are trying to quit cigarettes.

I can not tell you how impressive this shop is. A 30ml can run from 15$ to 25$ around. Always 15 or less. I've been so convinced of the quality in they're juice I've stuck with 2 the 3 years I've been with cloud 9. All of their employees are not only knowledgeable, but super cool and always remember my name. A biggie in customer service. Any random question I have is answered with a good answer plus reasonable conversation, invested, heartfelt convo!. If I need a specific, they go above and beyond to satisfy me. If I have a complaint, I've literally been so shocked on what Vince and friends will do to make me a happy vapor, it's something I've never seen. Free water, free candy, LOYALTY CARDS!!!! No WAIT LINE!! Dude the loyalty cards and the dice roll is a little show of appreciation to a habitual juice buyer. Which can be frustrating to a vice habit. Out of every service and product I've ever needed in St.George, Cloud9 is high in the clouds compared to my preferred grocery store. GOOD! Every employee, every product, and based on my juice preferences, I'd bet every juice! I'd bet my last buck on, to be outstanding and above all others. Thanks Vince and friends at Cloud9!
