Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

There are many complaints against George he tends to lose his cool and yells at customers. The most frustrating part is I asked to talk to the Doctor so I can tell her what George is doing. On my first appt I was told by the MA it would be "a bit of a wait" but that was a drastic minimization. The three times I was here, I never spent less than 2.5hrs and most of that time was spent waiting to be seen. I can understand Dr. wanting to do thorough evaluations and take her time with her patients but find a better system like scheduling less patients to see per day.
