I have great neighbors who have become friends. the leasing staff is very friendly, responsive and caring and the maintenance guys are top notch. We have a new events coordinator (Kaylyn) that is doing a wonderful job at keeping us active and engaged. She has really turned things around for us with ballroom dancing events, vendors who set up their goodies for us to buy, exercise classes, volunteer events and super entertaining happy hours. This is a truly great place to live if you are over 55. Come and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I'm going into my 5th month of living here, and I have to say it is still a great complex. My neighbors are around 25-40 years old, and never too loud or crazy. The inside hallway locks, and there is a buzzer system to let visitors in. The parking lot fills up pretty quickly each night, but clears out somewhat on Friday nights. It's full again on Sunday by 7:00PM. The property manager Morgan knew me by name after only a month of living here, so that was really cool. She's been quick to help out with all needs. We submitted a maintenance request at 10:00AM, and it was completed before 2:00PM that same day,

Undoubtedly the best move in experience  I have ever had. This experience made a lasting impression on me. Kabrina's responsiveness to every email communication, and her professionalism  made the difference  in my choice to make 360 Market Square  my new home.  While touring this amazing apartment community I felt like a guest at a 5 star hotel.  With so many amenities such as  front door trash service,  free bike storage, concierge service, mail package receiving and so much more were perks I  never seen before  in one apartment community. The luxuries abound here at 360 Market Square. The building is just only 6 years old. Practically new. One of the newest in downtown Indy.  The upgraded stainless steel appliances,  new washing machine and dryers are all included. My family and I absolutely loved Greystone apartments! We lived there for two years (2017-part of…read more2020). Probably would not have ever moved out except we got a real house. My family has lived in 5 different apartment complexes over the years, and Greystone was by far our favorite. The Maintenance team at Greystone was always great about dealing with various issues (everything from a faulty drawer to needing a hot water heater replaced) - often they were able to come by the very day we called in with a problem! Never had any trouble with management, with one possible exception; our dishwasher was old and kind of crappy, and we requested it to be replaced several times. Since it was technically still working, they declined. Oh well; we washed a lot of dishes by hand. A pain but wasn't a deal breaker. The playground and fenced dog park areas were both small and not fancy, but they certainly were nice to have so close! Our dog especially loved having a place to run and stretch her legs. The dog area would get pretty muddy in the spring though. Oh well. Maybe someday they will turf it. I always felt safe when going on walks around the complex. Greystone had lots of doggie-bag stations around for dog owners to use. Not everyone picks up after their dogs though, so that would be a bit of a negative. However, I personally feel like that's the dog owner's fault, not Greystone's. The workout room is not fancy; two treadmills, 5lb to 50lb dumbbell weights, 5 various medicine balls, a bicycle, and a weighted/cabled body machine...basics. Nothing fancy but definitely more than I had in my apartment! I loved going to the workout room for an hour and then enjoying the pool afterwards (summertime, of course). Kept me more active than I would have been if they weren't on the premises! Speaking of the pool, my family LOVED it. It was usually open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, (though COVID may have affected that schedule this year). The pool is only 5ft at its deepest point, which was actually great for me and my kids. Even if the kids wandered into water that was too deep for them: I could always get to them quickly and easily because I could touch the bottom at all times. I also think the water stays a little bit warmer (comfortably) because of the more shallow depth, but that's just a guess! There are two stair areas; great for the non-swimmers to splash or sit in. We spent so many hours at the pool and I really miss it now! I know that it is not everyone's experience, but we also were very lucky to have great neighbors during our entire two years. That's not really something that can be guaranteed or quantified, but I figure you get out what you put into it! There are great people who live at Greystone, and if you put time into meeting your neighbors, you will find them. If you choose Greystone as your home, I hope you have as great of an experience as we did! Good luck in your search for an apartment.

Infestation and grime on cars, hazardous and dirty sewage smells permeating and seeping upwards to the elevators and units. Nothing like having to hold your breath while exiting your apartment like you're in an outhouse but paying nearly 2500 a month to live in "luxury " . Sterling company unsympathetic to residents basic living conditions and wanted no part in addressing the issue !!? Newsflash : this is your property !!!!!!! The grounds are dirty there is garbage overflowing throughout the property . They want to penalize for dog waste but dog clean up bags are always empty , there areGeese/ duck droppings everywhere on property that no one addresses, which is very ironic considering the fines. I was promised my windows would be washed a year ago it was never done. My windows have a grimy film on the outside! I had water pressure issues for months without having hot water. Washer and dryer issues that were ultimately resolved after complaining for months and months. A dryer that would take six hours for a simple bedsheet to dry. The company asking to pop in and asking pets be locked up for random inspections but then never showing , and ultimately never coming for maintenance issues that have been requested !!! These Maintenance issues, not being resolved at all , but closed out by management ultimately just being ignored. I never received a tv cable so I've had no basic cable though paying 90 a month ?!! I've requested the cable for months from Sterling but it's on "order " though there are cables everywhere in vacant apartments ?!!!! Increase in pricing for renewal and on the website seeing that anyone new could come in and rent for cheaper ". Elizabeth constantly emailing me asking when I would sign my new lease or they would keep increasing the pricing on my new lease : predatory ! If I hadn't been a loyal tenant paying religiously and having tenure here , I would get a much much better deal !!!! I never received a pool code or a card to get beer in the lobby (only some residents get the perks apparently) ... dirty premises throughout . Dirty elevators . The cleaning crew is subpar and don't clean properly . They spray the elevator and lobby with fabuloso and don't wipe anything down so it's slippery and hazardous. Ultimately I should have never renewed my lease. For the sake of convenience, I stayed here instead of seeking other options . It just seemed easier . Is it too much just to get what I paid for? And have these issues resolved? I don't think so. I don't think I need to lower my standards sterling needs to raise their bar. So far all I've witnessed is excuses , lack of accountability, lack of professionalism and care when it comes to residents satisfaction. We are the reason your property exists. Soon no one will want to reside here! I'm a working professional in charge of 12 stores and have 60 people working under me I would be ashamed if acted so recklessly with my reputation and represented my company in this fashion. My unit was perfect upon move in - I've been in almost a month with no repairs or maintenance requests needed. This has been our best apartment experience yet! They took care of all of the right details - wide and nice hallways, excellent counter top, paint, granite selections, bathroom selections, and so much more. It makes my apartment feel much homier - definitely my favorite unit I've ever had. We have a one bed that feels huge - including a desk area that is a game changer. There is so much storage, 3 closets, and a ton of cabinets. Location is awesome with proximity to the Monon, Kroger, and Carmel Arts + Design district. I easily walk to get groceries or coffee and it will be even better in the summer. This was great coming from Chicago where I walked everywhere - deff a great perk. The garage is underground and connected to the building which is much warmer than we are used to. Another huge perk is side of the building parking for unloaded groceries. The staff is awesome and on top of it. They are hiring more by the day. We considered many other complexes. Now that we are moved in, we are very glad we picked VER, especially after seeing other apartments in the area with crazy waitlists. Summer will be awesome with the pool and more done - we can't wait to enjoy it all!
