Their menu is composed of meal replacement protein shakes and loaded teas (energy teas). Both have many flavors to choose from! I am quite picky with my protein shakes and was hesitant to order one that I didn't either make myself or purchase pre-bottled, but I was so impressed with the flavor, texture, and overall quality of my shake! Many people avoid protein shakes because of a gritty texture and a noticeable protein powder taste, but these are so well done that you almost think you're having a milkshake! My only suggestion is that they need to play music or something in there because it is REALLY quiet and almost awkward to stand waiting for your shake (I felt the need to whisper). Additionally, I wouldn't have known this place existed if I wasn't so curious about new places opening up in Wyndhurst.
