The service is really fast, and the sitting area is bright. It's overlook the street along the front entrance of the hotel. I give them huge respect for having some outdoor space where our pooch could hang out with us while we sipped on our coffees. Unfortunately, it's right on a busy city street that's a little loud - not really a peaceful oasis. It's also kind of odd that the restrooms are an elevator ride up into the office to reach - a bit inconvenient. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and they deliver a quality product.
