I drive my bulldog 40 minutes there and back and trust me when I say I would not usually make that kind of trek but for Holly, I'm more than happy to! She takes excellent care of my dog-son, he's always so visibly pleased to see her though he tends to be a bit timid usually but he already knows her and feels at ease coming to the grooming location. The grooming in itself is truly the best he's ever had (he spent the first four years of his life in the Bay Area and has seen quite a few skilled groomers). Nobody has done quite such a meticulous job. Thank you, Holly!

Dr. came and sat down with me to ask me as many questions in order to get a better idea of what he was going to be treating with it showing so much love & true care. Took time to explain everything and Tammy helped me understand every step of the process of healing that will have to take place for couple of weeks. BabyBaby is holding on well ‍ The meds are keeping him feeling less anxious, and for sure healing. You can trust this Vet office !! Trusting your caring vet it's truly priceless. I consider this Vet to be money motivated and does not have the best interest of your beloved pet…read more I have a 4lb chihuahua who I consider my life line companion. He needed his teeth cleaned desperately. Where I lived on the main land there were only 2 Vets that did dental and I was not established with either having my local vet. Moved to Maui and was family recommended to MVC. It cost me $2500.00 to have his teeth cleaned and yes they did a good job. My boy was in excellent health being we had to go through so much to bring him on island. Let's just understand I spent A LOT $$$. But he's my boy and money didn't matter. What matters is having his best interest be first and foremost. Now currently not needing any care since the cleaning, I called and asked for a calming med as New Years approaches and I was told no that he had to be seen. I consider this absolutely unacceptable !!!!! He's FOUR POUNDS !!! And he is EXTREMELY SCARED of fireworks !!! I don't think that was asking for too much . Clearly they want $$$$$ !!! I'm done and looking for another Vet that loves animals not

I just couldn't wait to Write this review.I haven't even picked up our Dog champ yet but kaui (Vets…read moreassist) called promptly to say he was doing wonderful. I cannot Believe that after Years of searching I have found a REAL VETERINARIAN Yes ! one in a million A man who was so positive and Natural with a rare Confidence he displayed without trying. He was amazing He knew straight away what was needed and his knowledge, while informing us of the procedure, was extensive and to the point. (My dog needed amputation of leg) other vets said not to do it as he may only last 6 months and it's a complicated, risky operation. The vet listened and just said let's see him walking to see if he has energy and fitness to take it ( I I knew he had ) within seconds he said yes Let's do it) I was shocked he decided So quickly along with his desire to eliminate champs pain and give him a chance. it's absolutely fantastic to meet a Vet who has the passion and God Given Rare Gift to be all he was for us and our dog. His personality gave us hope for the first time in month's Having as very experienced and professional Vet whose main concern was Champ and his well being Not the MONEY was an amazing surprise I had given up hope of finding The Holy Grail In The form of animal carers That are in fact TRUE Animal Carers The really great thing which has disappeared in vets now is that he didn't require more blood tests xrays etc which most veterinary places would His efficient and polite receptionist (A charming Gentleman) called our prev vet (The one who didn't want to do surgery Even though it would relieve champs pain They were wary of him at the other vet saying he snapped when they touched his leg My God IT HURT Another remarkable thing was as I said The previous vet and his girls on staff wouldn't go near him due to fear of him biting Leaving him in his poop in the cage all day WHAT! maybe animals are wrong species to work with .Well! as soon as Kaui came in I could see champ liked her No growls then the Vet entered He must radiate the same enery I felt to the animals Calm, confident, True, and compassionate yet Assertive These traits are in the DNA Born that way Gifts woven in their whole being This is what we were seeing I felt like crying. with joy of course These gifts I saw at the Kula Animal clinic came from ALL the staff. An Amazing Team A dream. A true miracle was performed and without fuss or drama or any sign of not being successful, performing this difficult procedure. MY Husband and I are overwhelmed with gratitude and joy . Saving our boy, giving him relief for however long ??? not known but he won't be in pain he is still energetic and strong He can swim with ease and run like before 3 legs who needs more? without the pain He can join in the game Once more Wow This is the One and Only vet I will ever go to As long as they are there. My only regret.......is that it took so long with all the wrong people paying for a service without any feeling or true care from the ones without the actual Star power to carry it off This is the Place, The Vet The staff The beautiful light filled spacious, cool building I am sounding over the top but I have to express in limited words how happy I/we are after months of despair. Thank You God for leading me down this special path Thank you Amazing vet and all the staff I feel I can finally laugh.
