You don't need a reservation for nail trimming or other selection services. They open at 10 AM on Sunday's so it makes it convenient to take my dog in, he loves going to see these guys. I will ask him if he wants to go to the groomer he gets excited. They are very quick but do a good job. On Maui it is not easy finding a good groomer as i have had several over the years and they move or go out of business and I don't like taking my dogs to the big box stores. I prefer to give my money to smaller local business. Every time I go these guys are friendly and always in a cheerful mood and they take good care of my fur baby. I am definitely going to take my baby back for other services. I usually wash him but have considered taking him for a bath or a flea bath as I don't always have as much time on my hands. I highly recommend these folks because they do a good job and are not too expensive. The only thing is I wish they were closer as I live in haiku and it is a drive as they are located in Happy Valley.

Because I was going to manage a LOT of moving parts to get this guy back to Oregon! Both Angie and J were so available and kind and took a lot of phone calls while I wrassled with how to get timid Lou home (in cabin, in baggage); in the end Angie brought Lou to OGG curbside when I flew over from O'ahu and nabbed him, navigated security (GREAT KINDNESS from TSA people) and hopped back to HNL to catch my mainland flight! Can't say enough about these kind people. Lou is a wonderful cat, he's doing great, five weeks along since he's had food, love and care -- he's a normal weight, glossy fur, happy as a clam and having his true kittenhood, now that he's safe and warm!! She has serious anger management problems and people should be warned not to leave their dogs alone with her. 5 stars for Jake, who was patient and kind with my friend's dog who has anxiety. Kori has left 2 of our dogs with bleeding nicks and cuts, and has scolded customers and dogs in front of their owners. She is emotionally unstable and one time she even said she couldn't cut a dog's hair because she was having a bad day that day. Sorry Kori, but if you can't handle the stress and don't enjoy your job, just let Jake take over since he knows how to treat customers and the pets they love.

The dogs don't go in cages and there is a play area, for day care, and after cuts. It is also so calm, not like PETCO, and i've seen them be rough and impatient in petco.
