Communication was great through yelp, email and text. We were able to agree on a theme and font for the printed photos. On the day of my event, they came early and set it all up, explaining what to do. They did not staff the booth with an attendant because of covid. Also, because of covid, there were limited props but I was just happy to have some props provided! We took a lot of photos and were able to send digital copies to ourselves. Each photo printed two copies in color or black and white, your choice. Sometimes the team comes at the end of the event to clean up and take down the booth, but we agreed on the next day. They showed up right on time and helped themselves. They did not leave a mess or anything behind. Overall, great communication. They delivered exactly what I wanted and they were on time, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them for your next event.
