Replying promptly to emails, answering questions with clarity, and always making sure that they are aware of your needs and preferences. They are extremely professional yet very personal. They shot both my engagement and wedding photos. First off they make you feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera, they completely take away any chance of awkwardness by giving you and your partner reasons to laugh and smile together; I especially like this because it makes the posing not look fake or the smiles forced.
