They were both incredibly professional and the pictures turned out phenomenally! I had a Zoom call with Bethany a couple weeks before the shoot itself, and she walked me through step by step how the day would go, makeup/hair, any preferences or themes I wanted to try, and even asked me what my favorite snacks and drinks were to have them at the shoot! They really met me at my comfort level, and I wanted all the pictures when we reviewed them together. Overall, Sam and Bethany were professional, polite, and patient. They made me feel comfortable and the pictures were so tasteful. I will be back in the coming years for another shoot for sure!

The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! My gift turned out better than I had ever imagined and the recipient was more than happy to receive it! I can't Thank Olivia and team for creating a very special, everlasting memory.

I am so amazed by her talent and professionalism - her passion and genuine care for client satisfaction are so clear. She puts a lot of effort into getting a great variety of shots and has a fantastic eye for highlighting the best features. She goes out of her way to create an experience. Her pricing is very competitive, especially when you consider the value in the quality, talent, and overall experience she provides. During my professional shoot, she could tell I was not comfortable with my appearance. She addressed it immediately, and after learning I didn't love how my hair looked, she pulled out her flat iron and fixed it herself. I was blown away at the service. The shots came out perfect, and I received them quickly. I spent an entire day with her for my boudoir session. She provided wine, pastries, and chocolates while I had my hair and makeup professionally done in her studio. She helped me pick out my outfits and made me feel so beautiful and comfortable with myself. She took time to get to know my insecurities and worked with them both while shooting and in editing. She also knew I was trying to give these images to my boyfriend for his birthday less than 2 weeks later, and she made it happen with time to spare at no extra cost. In addition to the digital images for my boudoir shots, Yuliya recommended I get an album. She mentioned the print versions would really make a difference, and she was absolutely correct. The leather-bound album was very high quality and the shots really popped in print. When I gave my boyfriend the album and showed him the digital images, he also agreed the print versions did have a little something extra to them. I highly recommend Yuliya to anyone looking for photography services with a genuine artist/professional. I look forward to working with Yuliya more in the future!

Afterward, inside the photographer's home with his family present, I was presented with a $2,000 charge for digital images and paid under pressure. The next morning -- before accessing any images -- I formally requested a refund in writing. It was denied. All files were then deleted within three days of the session while my dispute was still open, despite a published 90-day retention policy for purchased files. I paid $2,150 total and received nothing. I am pursuing this through the BBB and small claims court. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking.

Margie can be described as pleasant, supportive and encouraging. She took great interest in my wife and I and showed passion in her work. Margie ensured our experience was truly fantastic. Before the experience, Margie even asked input regarding our taste in music, snacks and what were our priorities and inhibitions. When we arrived, the exact snacks and music we had suggested were there in plenty and it was clear the food items were just purchased that morning. The time had come to decide our outfits and poses. Margie was like a kid in a candy store and her enthusiasm was contagious, we all had a blast picking what to wear. After the shoot we stepped out to get lunch while Margie worked on the proofs. We returned to make our selections and the fun continued; we were given all the time we wanted, again pressure free. Nicole is Margie's colleague, she prepped our hair and makeup. Nicole is very much an experienced professional and contributed to the party in every way. Nicole was appropriately hands on during the prep and planning. Margie and Nicole worked in tandem to make observations and with us to make decisions. Okay, for those couples considering a boudoir shoot. It seems most traditional shoots are just one spouse or partner. I urge you to consider this. Our shoot was originally intended to be a gift for my wife, just her, traditional. After much thought we opted to include me in several photos. It became more! The event morphed into two separate but equal stories. One capturing my wife's beauty in a way as never before filmed; the other a reflection of our love and commitment, now recorded for all time. I hope other couples will consider our step out of the traditional shoot and include both partners. You will be glad you did. I do not hesitate to say that we made a remarkable choice and would return without hesitation in the future. If I left anything out, whatever it was, it was good. We can hardly wait for the finished product. J Goslin
