I booked a 2 hour photography session with OWP with hair, makeup, and design in her studio. I met…read morewith Olivia and Chantille a few weeks before my shoot. The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! My gift turned out better than I had ever imagined and the recipient was more than happy to receive it! I can't Thank Olivia and team for creating a very special, everlasting memory.

They offer full packages that include exterior drone as well as interior and exterior photography. All of the photos were great. Unfortunately due to the weather and the nature of my listings I actually needed a reshoot. They were more than happy to accommodate at a reasonable rate. Then I realized they did portrait and brand photography as well! They offer both outdoor and indoor options and their studio setup is amazing! Located in creative village (so apropos), RTW has a guarded camera door so while in session you don't have to worry about the next customer walking into your session. I was thrilled that I was able to knock out both my families holiday photos and beginning of the year social photography all in one day. With my business still in its infant stages I don't have much time to put into Digital marketing especially during the holidays. E ended up wrapping up under an hour and a half. They offer a variety of other selections as well! I personally have had the opportunity to partake in a few events and have first hand experience with their several unique options of photo booths! We are extremely disappointed with the business practice of Mr. Adams. Our relationship began over…read morelunch with my fiance, father, Brian and I. I was excited because Brian went to college with my fiance & myself, and I felt it was a great opportunity to support a fellow alum by working with him. We bought him lunch, we shook hands. Immediately after shooting what was offered as a free engagement session, he asked us to pay a deposit of $2,700 to secure him as a wedding photographer. We had not yet seen the contract, and he neglected to tell us that this $2700 was non-refundable. After weeks of not seeing the engagement pictures and hoping to use one for our Save The Dates, he indicated that our engagement pictures would be posted after we signed a contract. The contract stated that the $2700 was non-refundable, but we had already paid it. We signed it to get the engagement photos, because Brian would not provide the engagement photos unless we signed it. We got the photos. The photos were terrible. Over a couple months of suggesting that the style was not to our liking, he kept insisting that he could take new photos or edit the existing photos, but certainly he would take our wedding photos. After a couple months of getting this conversation started, the photos were "edited" by making color photos black & white and vice versa. We were upset with the product and now we were upset with the service. Beginning in April 2012 we indicated in writing that we did not want Brian Adams taking our wedding photos. He kept insisting for months that he would take our photos. However, we could not trust him any longer. The fact that we didn't like his product nor appreciate the lack of service was pushed aside, and I kindly offered him to please keep $500 to compensate him for time on the "free" engagement photos and editing, and in this way we could part ways respectfully and amicably. Instead, he has been insisting that because we signed the contract THAT WAS NOT VIEWABLE UNTIL AFTER I PAID HIM, he has every right to keep my $2700. Please be warned.
