Shaike is an immensely talented and passionate food artist. I have had the great pleasure of working with him on the event my friends and I were organizing, and tasting his 3- and 4-course meals, desserts (my personal favorites are his home-made "petits fours:" luxurious small cups and pieces of colorful desserts that satisfy your sweet tooth but allow you to try a couple without being too heavy or filling), and even LED-light and other displays and his create-it-yourself food stations that he engineers numerous times and at various occasions.
His passion for food and his creative vision translate effectively and beautifully into his unique food masterpieces, which are always delicious, always constituting of a surprising mixture of flavors and textures that he constantly re-invents to continuously shock the taste buds of those having the pleasure and honor of enjoying them. Once you try them, you are hooked! And Chef Shaike always has you guessing: "now what exactly did you use for this recipe?" and "how exactly did you accomplish this flavor?"
As a true food artist at heart and in practice, Shaike's gorgeous displays never fail to awe the audience. Splashes of colors and arrangements that are always different and surprising capture guests' attention from their very entrance into the venue. Guests' eyes and taste buds feast equally on Shaike's exquisite and delicious food for a unique experience that satisfies and pleasantly shocks of all of the senses.
Shaike's masterpieces serve not only as food, but also as main centerpieces of decoration for every occasion and celebration, so much so that they actually become the focal point of the venue. Hence, Shaike's beautiful, unique displays effectively decrease the need (and thus, expenses) for much else in terms of decorations. So if you have a tighter budget, splurge for Shaike's Kosher Catering and his one-of-a kind displays and not so much on other decorations, as they will prove unnecessary and not as effective in impressing your guests. You will make a much bigger statement and awe your guests more not only with the artistic, one-of-a-kind presentation but also with the wonderful taste of Shaike's food and exquisite arrangements.
What is more: Shaike always makes each client feel special and important, no matter how big or small the client's event. He is very patient and works with the client's budget to create gorgeous parties that always look and taste luxuriously, no matter the price paid or the size of the event. The value of Shaike's Kosher Catering is incredible!
Shaike worked closely and patiently with my friends and me on our event to aid us with the menu creation and our budget. He made our whole party-preparations and party-going experience a breeze and an absolute pleasure, his fun and enthusiastic personality further enhancing the ease and enjoyment of our event.
I highly recommend Shaike's Kosher Catering to anyone looking for luxurious, unique and delicious meals, displays and other arrangements at reasonable prices to delightfully awe his/her guests for an unforgettable celebration that will be talked about for years to come.
