Often caught a glimpse of them dancing with their trays as they passed through - you can honestly tell when employees enjoy and take pride in their jobs and the Lavan team is a beautiful shining example of this, that even many of my guests noted. The food was handled by Elvis with Broward Catering. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 2 weeks prior to my event, and we had to completely go back over the menu to accommodate my meal and make sure that there would be no gluten or cross contamination, and they did fantastic. The staff made sure that I had my gluten free cupcakes (as well as a medication that needed to be kept cool) on the sweetheart table for me, and coming up on a year later my guests are STILL raving about how it is the best meal that they have ever had at a wedding. At the end of the evening, all of the leftover cake and food, as well as our table decorations that we brought in, gifts, and any leftover favors were already carefully packed up and brought out on a cart to our vehicle with no worries about rushing around trying to remember things or assign someone else to.
